Some customers need to salvage their Mac, others, having already purchased a new one, require only data retrieval, and some prefer to preserve both their data and the Mac. Following the diagnostic process, our expert Mac technicians commence the diagnosis.
Step 2 Logic Board Damage Assessment
After our expert technicians understand the customer's expectations, they proceed with the diagnostics of the Mac. If data retrieval is the customer's priority, our expert team focuses on it, achieving a high success rate in data recovery. However, if the customer does not require data recovery, our team shifts its focus to a hardware check. Our expert technician will check the logic board in our lab, which will allow us to determine the faulty component on the logic board.
Step 3 Approval
After presenting the diagnostic results and the proposed repair plan, we seek the customer's approval. This process includes providing a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs, costs, and expected outcomes.

Apple Silicon Macs (M Series) began shipping in late 2020. If your Mac was released before 2020, it is most likely Intel-based. We offer data recovery services only for Intel-based Macs. For M Series Macs, we can attempt repairs and recover your data, if possible.

The duration of the repair will be determined by our technician upon inspection, as it depends on the severity of the damage and our current workload.
